Information about shipping:

 

Please ensure all shipping details are correctly and accurately entered. If there is an error when entering the address, it may lead to loss of your parcel. If you notice a mistake has been made, please notify us as soon as possible (at info@herbuline.com) to amend, as once parcel has been dispatched, order can not be redirected.

YesShimmer is not responsible for loss of parcel, due to incorrectly entered details. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrectly entered address customer will be required to pay re-postage.

 

Dispatch time:

We aim to have your order dispatched within 24h (business days) - of confirmation. Dispatch over public holiday, festivals etc. may take slightly longer.

 

Confirmation Emails:

After your order has been placed you will receive two, automatically sent, emails:

First: Confirmation email to notify that your order has been placed

 

Second: To notify you that your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive these emails, please check:

- that your email address has been correctly entered,

- check your junk/spam folders

Express: $9.95 (delivery 1-3 Business days from shipment date), for all orders over $99 shipping is Free

Shipping to New Zealand 

Standard: $9.95 (7-12 Business days from shipment date)

Express: $29.95 (5-8 Business days from shipment date)

*Any import or custom duty is customer responsibility to pay

- above costs are subject to change with out notice

- during promotion times and public holidays delivery can take slightly longer

- different countries has different customs fees, taxes and duties. Please familiarise your self with your countries importing regulation as all this expenses are the customers responsibility.
